The Grad Staff predicament

So us Grad Staff are no longer allowed to be in first place (on said account) nor do the Sphinx Trials. Switching from alt to main can be very difficult. Is there anyway that maybe staff is allowed to have 1 linked account? It would make it easier than shifting from account to account and struggling.
