Topic posts occasionally not being posted

There has been an ongoing, intermittent bug of topic posts sometimes not posting.

This issue has caused multiple delays in an event I’m running, due to plot updates that were thought to be written but did not get posted (Happened to both myself and others). Upon asking, more people said that they’ve also experienced the same, with some resorting to saving their content elsewhere just in case it doesn’t send.

Details:

• Not caused by a poor internet connection. The page will refresh as if to post the content, but instead no post will happen.

• I have heard of people being told to hit the back button and post again. Hitting the back button sometimes brings back the content, but other times does not. This is also moot if you do not happen to notice at the time that it did not post, therefore creating delays you are not aware of.

• Not sure on this one, but someone else thought there could also be something related to content being moved to the OOG box instead of sending.

Please can you look into it, I would really like a smooth topic posting experience without constant interruptions caused by this.
