The ability to read all chat messages from a user

This would be SUCH an easy way to log if they have been spamming, breaking rules in total on site since chat isnt that big, and sometimes spam messages can be 200+ characters. Then this would make it easier to gather the much needed information they send. Even just and ID for a message thread for the management or teachers to give to the HM/MoM.
