Text to speech for topics

Ok, so hear me out. I have ADHD and reading long posts is hard for me, even when I’m motivated. So, usually if it’s hard, I drag their response into google docs and cut it into bite-sized parts. BUT if there was a feature that would read it out loud? Like AI possibly then I would have no problems paying for that. I know it’s possible, you can buy a pre-built feature for that. wink wink admins?
