Staff fix: Stop chat auto-scroll on mobile for easier timing out of users

Consider this scenario: A spammer signs up to the site and starts flooding the chat with lots of long, lengthy messages in very quick succession. You, the staff member who notices the problem, are currently on mobile and cannot immediately access your laptop. You go to time out the user…but can’t. Why? Because the messages are arriving way too fast for you to hit the cog on time to time them out. This makes for much slower and more difficult moderation of chat for anyone using a mobile.

Please can you adjust the chat so that auto-scroll can also be unchecked on mobile? We cannot always guarantee being able to reach out to another staff member who’s on a laptop, and would like to deal with situations efficiently as we see them.
