Show Word Count in Topics and Owls

Since the arrival of getting points from certain numbers of words in topic replies has become a thing, I believe that it is even more important that we have this feature, as it makes it more convenient for knowing how many words we have written for our replies, to see if we met the threshold, rather than eyeballing it or repetitively having to put our writing in a word counter.
