Opt out of receiving the rainbow

This is an idea that’s been floating around for quite a while now, but it’s never actually been implemented. While the rainbow is definitely a fun idea, and a lot of people do enjoy receiving it (such as myself), for some people it can actually be a negative thing, since it’s not very accessible and there’s no way to opt out or remove it without admin powers.

If there was a simple option in the settings menu to opt out of receiving the rainbow, it would really help people who find this an issue!! Plus it’d mean that anyone who does want the rainbow would be statistically more likely to get it, so it’s a win-win all round. I can’t really think of a reason not to implement this since it isn’t taking anything away from the original feature, and it wouldn’t take that long to code compared to some other ideas xD
