Emojis in topics

Emojis work in owls, the chat and wall posts. Why not have them work in topics as well? It is especially strange as they work for reacting, but not in the post body text itself.

I am thinking for OOG topics, but also generally the OOG messages.

Just to be clear, it is the system emojis form the emoji keyboard, you can get by using the Windows key + full-stop key. The site-specific emojis already work in image form.
