Chat Notifs and Gifts
I think it would be really nice as someone who uses mobile often with the sound off (to avoid waking people up at night) to include some sort of thing visually to let you know when you're pinged (in the same way that lets you know when you get a new notification or a new letter, or perhaps in the same way the site confirms that a post or message was sent).
Also, it would be really cool if you could send multiple gifts to the same person at once, since it's very tiring to have to click back and forth. Something like a gift basket could be added in shops or something so someone would have to pay extra jewels, for convenience. This would really help in things where you're sending ingredients to a potion brewer.

As someone who uses both mobile and PC, I have not had an issue on any phone with sounds from my sites. I also sometimes turn my phone notifications off or on vibrate. But never over my almost 6+ years on WoX, have I ever had any pings while using my phone. I find this interesting. I also understand wanting to mute the site specifically and not all your general notifications.

The gift basket is actually a really smart idea that i think could be used on all sites - not just for potion stuff, but if you want to send a welcome to a new person (snacks and books) or a little bundle of things to your ingame friend - I highly support this :)
