Catastrophies - Set a limit so there's a place for everyone

This might be very Hufflepuff of me, ironicly enough, but I think it would be nice, if you had to wait 2-3 catastrophies before you could take one again.

The way I see it you could have been a leader for a long time and know the answers through your work and after that take all the catastrophies, making it difficult for others to even have a chance, because you have an unfair advantage and others have no chance.

I don’t know if it’s possible, but if you have to wait it would give others a chance. I think, if we shall be open for new users, that there has to be a limet… In my eyes it should be a lot more than just 2-3 but I’m trying to make a way between. I just don’t think it’s fair that it’s 90% the same person who takes it all and it don’t make it very open for other users.
