carbon copies/blind carbon copies in owls/letters

okayyy I might be mostly looking for the bcc option xD

sometimes, I just want to send a letter to a group of users without them knowing the who the others are, for example, when thanking them for submitting homework or doing their evaluations, and it really clogs up my inbox to have, like so many different letter chains for just one message

It would also help for, like, job applications, where you could cc the mom or hm without needing to address it to them, if that makes any sense?
