Admin sort out in message

Hi, is it possible to imagine something to put on first admin when you want to choose a person to write an owl to ?

Right now even for the highest administrator typing the name isn’t enough you have to type the family name too, it would be more efficient if we were able to have people with jobs in first in the list with the name and for other people to scroll down or type the family name.

It would be easier to see the people to contact quickly,
